Care Worker - Drivers preferred but consideration given to Non drivers

As a care at home support worker you will assist people with daily tasks which may include, domestic services, social support, personal care and support with medication and meal preparation.

The day in life of a support worker – “Support workers travel either by car, or walk from one house to another. Visits can vary from 15 minutes welfare checks to 30 minutes or more. Support provided could include; support to get up in the morning, all personal care, medication, and preparation of meals. Return visits throughout the day may be required depending on the persons’ support needs. You could be lone working, or with a colleague depending on the needs of the person we are supporting. This may include the use of a hoist” 

We are currently going through a period of growth, and we are continuing to search for permanent contracted Care & Support Workers who really want to make an impact on the lives of the people we support in:

• Irvine  

• Kilwining  

• Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Stevenston  

• Beith, Kilbirnie and Dalry 

Fully flexible, Full-time, Part- time, weekends hours available

(7am – 2pm and 3.30pm – 10.00pm) also shift patterns are available

Salary: £9.65
