Care & Support Manager Edinburgh Broomhouse

We have an exciting opportunity to join our experienced team of Care & Support Managers in Edinburgh.

Broomhouse service supports 5 people with a variety of support needs.

It is an exciting time as we are taking on new business which will increase the service to 7 supported people.

As Care & Support Manager of Broomhouse you will manage a team of 10-15 Established and Relief Support Workers .

You will be managing a mixed support model including 24-hour support, sleepovers and waking nights.

A crucial part of this role will be working collaboratively with other agencies advocating for our Supported People to ensure they are working towards outcomes that will support them to live a good life.

As part of your induction to Ark you will receive a comprehensive handover period with the current Broomhouse Care & Support Manager.
