Looking for a new part-time job that's packed with job satisfaction you can't get anywhere else? If you're caring, patient and flexible with a good sense of humour, we have a great opportunity to join our fabulous #TeamBenvie on a part-time (16 hours per week basis).

Shift Pattern

Our 16 hour post would involve working one day per week with your shift starting at 0900 hours and finishing at 0900 hours the next day (includes a sleepover). Weekends and public holidays would form part of your rota on a rotational basis.

The sleepover part of your shift isn't included in your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional £84 for every sleepover shift you work!

The Role

You'll be joining a small, friendly team who supports Andrew, an amazing gentleman who has Autism and lives in his own home. There's never a dull moment and no two days are ever the same.

You'll provide support with all aspects of Andrew's daily living including cooking, meal planning, housework, finances, prompts with medication and shopping. As Andrew is very independent, support with moving and assisting and personal care will not be a requirement of the role.

Andrew is a very active person, so we will also need you to be enthusiastic and creative about supporting him with his hobbies and interests which include swimming, boccia, baking, walking, gardening, discos, days out and going on the occasional holiday.
