Are you looking for a rewarding, flexible job where you can make a difference? We're on the lookout for motivated, caring and enthusiastic colleagues to join our Perth relief pool.

Our relief contracts really give you flexibility; you tell us when you're available and we'll look to give you shifts to fit in.

The Role

As a relief colleague, you'll play an incredibly important role within our team. You'll help us to make sure that we continue to give the best care and support possible during times of colleague holidays, training and absence.

The great thing about this job is that no two days are ever the same. You'll play a crucial part in supporting individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs with all aspects of daily living, including cooking, housework, personal care, finances and medication. You'll also support them to enjoy various hobbies and activities too.

About You

You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll even put you through your SVQ qualification too!

All we’ll need you to bring is: -

  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
  • Confidence in the use of technology

Shift Patterns

Typical shift patterns within our services include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, waking nights and public holidays.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting your employment with us.
