The Role

As a Support Worker, we'll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction. No two days are ever the same. You'll play a HUGE part in making a difference in the lives of people living with disabilities and additional support needs in YOUR local community.

In just one day you'll be going home knowing that you’ve made a huge difference to the lives of up to eight individuals, what can be more rewarding than that? Your support will enable these individuals to not only maintain their independence and continue to live in their own home, but you’ll also help them to play an active part of their community too.

For these opportunities, we are looking for people with a full driving license and access to their own vehicle as there will be travel across the Elgin area involved. We give a generous mileage rate at 45p per mile and you are also paid the hourly rate for travel time up to 2 hours between shifts.

All we’ll need you to bring is: -

  • A full driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Previous experience of working in a caring or supportive role (professional or personal)
  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
  • Confidence in the use of computers

Shift Patterns

As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible shift patterns will fall between the hours of 0700-2300 hours and will include split shifts and weekend working on a rotational basis.

You will receive your own work mobile phone/tablet and a free uniform too.

Sound interesting? What are you waiting for? Apply today, we can't wait to hear from you!

Have any questions? If you'd like to find out more, please contact Heather Nicol-Baird or Kayleigh Grant on 07929 356 940 or 07976 028473.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview by video on 7th October 2021.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting your employment with us.
