Our amazing #TeamNew Deer are on the lookout for a new caring, compassionate and motivated individual to join them on a basis. Due to the rural location, we will need you to have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.

The Role

You'll become part of a friendly, welcoming team who supports eight individuals who are all on the Autism spectrum. There's never a dull moment at New Deer, no two days are ever the same and you'll always be kept on your toes!

All we’ll need you to bring is: -

  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
  • Confidence in the use of technology
  • A full driving license and access to your own vehicle
