The Role

Our small team provides 1:1 care for an active, non-verbal gentleman in his 40s. He enjoys getting out and about, going on walks to the castle and exploring new places in his car. Not to forget going to the Sunday Discos once they are up and running again.

The gentleman we support uses a wheelchair and goes swimming every week to help him relax and ease his muscles so we would need you to be comfortable getting into the pool with him.

You will be supporting his day to day personal needs including meal planning, cooking, support to appointments, full personal care and medication. As a Support Worker we will need you to be flexible in your approach and be able to follow guidelines. This is a lone working position.
