Team Senior (Ref: TSC2701225)

22.5 hours per week

£30,283-32,078 per annum (pro-rated)(position on scale dependent on experience)

Fife Women’s Aid are looking for a part-time Team Senior to join our supportive management team. The role will involve managing our women’s and children’s counselling services, including overseeing student placements.

Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of motivation, the ability to support and lead staff, knowledge of counselling interventions and trauma-informed practice and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The successful applicants will have at least SVQ Level IV or equivalent level of qualification in management or counselling/another relevant subject, or a willingness to work towards a qualification.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high degree of motivation and have the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.
