Main Responsibilities

The Office Assistant Edinburgh is responsible for organising Area Office resources and providing important assistance to our experienced Enhanced Housing Manager and Operations Managers. You’ll be provided with a well established induction program to help you hit the ground running with:

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers.
  • Inputting application data for new applicants.
  • Managing invoices for our contractors that provide a variety of services – a key part of the job to make sure people get paid on-time.
  • Managing various email accounts, administration and reception duties.

About You

We welcome applications from all backgrounds and experiences though the Office Assistant Edinburgh will typically have 2-4 years experience in an office environment with developed clerical and office practices. To be successful in this role, you’ll be expected to consistently demonstrate your:

  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Customer focused behaviour.
  • Strong arithmetic and written grammar.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills.
  • High organisation skills and ability to engage with the general public.
