Social Care Support Worker

We are a successful small family run business who have been supplying Care within Clackmannanshire for 26 years.

We are looking for applicants to join our current group of highly trained, friendly skilled support workers.

We provide personal care and social support for children and adults in Clackmannanshire.

SVQ2's are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided to include online distance learning modules. In most cases we can offer funded SVQ2 qualifications in Health & Social Care.

Successful applicants will undergo a 3 day Induction session and will then work along side experienced support workers (known as "shadowing") until they are confident to carry out care tasks on their own. The period of "shadowing" will depend on the applicants previous experience in care.

Driving licence and own vehicle is essential in order to supply care services throughout the Clackmannanshire area. Successful applicants must be willing to have business insurance for their vehicle in in order to fully comply with our terms and conditions of employment.

Positions currently available : Part time covering evenings & weekends and full time covering days, lunches, teas, beds (weekend on weekend off)

Mileage of 40p per mile is paid.
