The pay rate is £13.92 per hour PLUS an enhancement of £2.50 Monday to Friday between 5pm and 7am, all day Saturday and Sunday, until 7am Monday morning. If you are a registered manager, you will be eligible for an additional allowance of 5%, increasing your standard hourly rate to £14.61ph.

As a Deputy Manager/Deputy Care Home Manager with Leonard Cheshire you will support the Manager in the day-to-day operation of the service. This includes responsibility for the direct supervision and line-management of staff. You will be accountable for monitoring, maintaining and providing the highest standards of clinical/personal support and service delivery, while promoting independence and choice of our residents.
