Working as part of the Quality & Compliance Team, you will:

· Ensure the smooth running and the co-ordination of the day-to-day Head Office functions

· Line manage the Business Services Assistant

· Ensure the implementation and maintenance of document and data control is in place including the organisation’s archiving processes and procedures

· Provide support for maintenance issues at services including logging and follow up with relevant external organisation

· Act as Fire Marshall and First Aider for Head Office

· Record and monitor any complaints received and produce monthly reports

· Support the maintenance and development of information stored on SharePoint

· Organise events including identifying venues

· Undertake other administration tasks as required

Essential requirements for the role

· Minimum of HNC Business Administration or equivalent qualification in a related discipline

· Experience of general office practices, procedures and systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat

· Knowledge of records management including record retention and GDPR legislation

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Able to work effective in a team or autonomously as required

· Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

· Can work to multiple deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable requirements for the role

· Educated to degree level in administration or business-related qualification

· Experience of working in third/charity or public sector

· Experience of working with Corporate/Business Services
