The Mungo Foundation is a well-established charitable organisation, with over 40 years of experience supporting vulnerable individuals across Scotland. We employ over 700 staff, supporting approximately 1500 people a year, across a diverse array of services. Our services are tailored to the needs of each individual we work with and together we work hard to improve their quality of life.

Our Ravenswood Housing Support Service based in Kirkintilloch provides temporary accommodation and outreach visits to our houses of multiple occupancy and outreach support to support homeless households with additional support needs.

We are looking to recruit a committed and self-motivated Project Worker (full time) who is enthusiastic with the ability to effectively ensure that they deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality support to the individuals who use the service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering high-quality person- centred support plans which contribute to positive outcomes for the individuals that we support. You should have experience of providing housing support and tenancy sustainment advice within a residential and/or outreach support role and have knowledge of outcome-based models of support. You will be able to confidently provide housing related support and in addition you will work to empower our clients to achieve their aspirations and make positive and sustainable life changes.
