Details of duties:
*The main duties of the role are providing personal care: bathing, washing, showering and preparing meals and serving within a client’s own home.
*administer medication
*supporting clients to access the community i.e shopping and social activities
*liaise with other professional staff in carrying out care plans
*take responsibility of the shift while on duty
