The Richmond Fellowship Scotland provides personalised and outcome-focused support to individuals either in their own homes, shared accommodation, or care home environments across Scotland, making us the country`s largest provider of social care. We support individuals with a variety of different needs such as physical and/or learning disabilities, mental health, alcohol or substance abuse and autism.

We are currently looking to recruit a Qualifications Administrator to work with our busy L&D team and internal SQA Approved Centre nationally, across all regions, to support our staff to gain their qualifications.

You will be passionate about promoting life-long learning, and champion learning with our exceptional team, which was awarded “high confidence” from SQA and “outstanding” feedback in our latest external verifications.

Based in our head-quarters in Stepps, you will support the Learning and Development section to ensure that priorities are aligned with and support, strategic and operational activities.

With a key focus on administration of qualifications, the post holder will work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining effective relationships with staff and partners at all levels.

You will have knowledge and experience of general administrative duties including:

• Responding to general queries (customer service)

• Dealing with post/mail

• Professional correspondence by email and letters

• Data entry and maintaining databases, updating spreadsheets

• Managing filing and records

• Handling confidential information in line with GDPR

Successful candidates will need to be comfortable and confident in the use of online tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and MS Office.

A sound value base is essential, as is the belief in a person-centred approach to supporting people.
