About the Role
At SAMH, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality mental health services across Scotland. As part of our continual improvement and development of IT infrastructure we have implemented Access Care Planning (ACP) across the organisation. The system supports care planning with people we work, drives staff activity and provides performance management information for our services. We are now recruiting a full time System Coordinator who will be responsible for a wide range of detailed administrative and office support activities for the Delivery and Development team. The successful candidate will ensure that the Access Care Planning (ACP) system and its additional functions are maintained and utilised in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
What we are looking for
Having practical experience in working in administrative role, you will be supporting general day-to-day queries, coordinating Access Care Planning Champions, supporting leadership team and services to develop, implement and embed Access Care Planning across the services, utilising the Access Care Planning Data Engine and Analytics function, liaising with Access and ensuring systems compliance.
Experience of using Access Care Planning and Experience of working with databases and computerised modular client data packages is desirable.
