Nursery Practitioner

Cosy Cottage Nursery School is a small and homely setting. Our children and parents are our extended family. We choose not to wear uniforms to help us achieve this. Our parents are actively involved in the nursery and continuously help us to improve. We opened our doors in 2013 and have an extensive waiting list.

As we strive to be the best we can, we expect any applicants to contribute to making our nursery even better.

We are looking to fill two positions. Either a full or part time member of staff plus a bank staff worker (someone who can work when required - to suit both the employer and employee).

We require a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner or Support Worker. You should strive to create positive relationships with parents and create a home from home environment. It is essential that you have good knowledge of current guidance and documents, are extremely organised, have an eye for detail and the passion and dedication required to work within our nursery.

The hours may vary to suit the nursery and the candidate.

We will consider full-time and part-time candidates. At the moment, our full-time staff work four days 7.30-6.00 and have one day off per week.
