Nursery Deputy Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated individual to help lead and support our 18 strong team.

The role

The role of the Deputy Manager is to provide professional leadership and management, to effectively manage the day to day running of the nursery and to ensure the highest standards of care and education is consistently delivered.

You will ensure the requirements of the relevant curriculum and Care Inspectorate are met and exceeded at all times. You will hold a full and relevant qualification in Early Years and have experience working in a busy nursery setting. Ideally, you will have experience in a more senior role such as room leader, but this isn't a requirement.

You will be working under our nursery manager with support from our business manager and nursery teacher.

Flying Colours Nursery Barnton, an independently-run private day nursery, opened in 2016 with space for 70 children.
