The successful candidate will be required to co-ordinate and manage the effective and efficient delivery of high quality out of school care services across at least 4 out of school clubs and 1 breakfast club site at present. They must be able to provide support and supervision for childcare workers and a pool of Sessional Staff.
The post requires the successful applicant to work split shifts Monday to Friday across an established Breakfast Club and the aforementioned out of school care services.
All candidates must possess proven and relevant experience in promoting children’s and young person’s development in a play/care setting. Direct line management experience of 10 or more staff and a clean driving licence are essential. Applicants must already have or be currently working towards a BA in Childhood Practice or equivalent.
Applicants must be eligible to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
