Early Years Practitioner

Summerston Childcare are looking for a fully qualified practitioner to work in our Family Learning Centre. The ideal candidate will be qualified to SVQ Level 3 / HNC Child Care Learning and Development / relevant degree programme or equivalent and will have a minimum of 2 years experience. We will consider full time and part time candidates for this post however we ideally would like someone to work 4 full days, 8am-6pm. Candidates should have further training such as First Aid and Food Hygiene. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team working in one of our rooms with either babies, toddlers or 3-5's. Experience of working with the Curriculum for Excellence and Pre-Birth to 3 documents is required. The successful candidate will be required to be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council and join the PVG scheme with an enhanced disclosure
