Your role as Early Years Practitioner will include:

  • Engaging children in entertaining and educational play through a variety of activities.
  • Supervising children at indoor and outdoor play and ensuring their safety and security.
  • Supporting and assisting the Manager in planning and delivering the curriculum.
  • Ensuring regular communication and interaction with parents to update them on their child's progress.

We are currently recruiting for:

Role - Early Years Practitioner to cover a maternity leave

Hours - Full Time 37.5 hours per week (over 5 days Monday to Friday)

Salary - £19,000 per year

Skills & Qualifications

  • Have experience working with children birth to 5 years
  • Hold a minimum of SCQF Level 7 in childcare, or SVQ LEVEL 3 or HNC in childcare Ability to develop and deliver an engaging activity plan in accordance to the
  • Ability to communicate with children and parents
  • Work well within a team?
  • Have basic IT skills
