Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service?  We are looking for professional and patient individuals with a ‘people-first’ attitude to join our team.  With excellent people skills and a genuine interest in helping customers, we are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and a positive outlook to support our managers and employees in a focussed HR Advisory service, delivered via our busy AskHR Service Desk.

These hours are Monday - Friday 6 hours per day

This is a varied role that requires good time management skills, excellent organisational skills and strong skills in empathy and problem solving to enable you to respond effectively to our customer enquiries.  You will be required to work both on an individual basis and collaboratively as part of the team in accordance with our agreed customer enquiry response times, statutory legislation and HR policy.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

This post has a minimum requirement of one reference which must be your current or most recent employer.
