Income Management Team within Finance Service have an opportunity for a full time Income Assistant.
Working in a team of 11, daily duties will include processing payments, dealing with customer queries, tracing missing payments and reconciling information on a variety of systems.
The working pattern will be Monday to Friday. Office based or potential for hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
Preferred candidate will have experience of liaising with customers (internal and external), proficient in Microsoft and dealing with numerical information. Ability to prioritise tasks and respond appropriately to customers’ needs is essential.
