A vacancy has arisen for a Peripatetic Customer Service Advisor with experience of delivering efficient and effective first point of contact service to customers. You will provide advice and general information on council services. Customer focussed with excellent organisational and interpersonal you will advise, guide, explain and resolve customer enquiries and update and maintain records, files and databases accordingly.
As this is a peripatetic role, you will be based in Huntly, but will on occasion be required to provide cover at other Service Points.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
This post has a minimum requirement of one reference which must be your current or most recent employer.
Contract duration: Fixed term, for a period not exceeding 31 January 2021
