A vacancy has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to deliver an excellent front-line contact service to customers of the council, and assist in the smooth running of all functions pertaining to the contact centre, service points and service delivery.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Fixed Term for a period not exceeding 31/03/2023.
