We are looking for a Clerical Assistant to come and join our busy team within the HR Service Centre. This is an exciting time to join the team as we develop and implement our new HR Service Center for all HR related queries.

Your role will be to provide excellent administrative and customer service to our internal and external customers. The successful candidate will provide clerical support to the HR Service Centre and must have good IT knowledge, clerical experience & excellent communication skills.

Initially this role will focus on supporting our Contractual and Recruitment processes via the Talentlink, Resourcelink and Civica Systems; processing PVG Applications and answering calls for the Council’s Absence Line.

The contract end date is 31/12/2023
