Our HR and OD Manager is seeking an organised and methodical project officer on a temporary basis to ensure the smooth running of the people processes supporting our corporate transformation agenda. Familiar with Prince Two, you will ideally have a good understanding of employment legislation in relation to TUPE, redundancy and contracts. Your role will be to work with departmental business partners and service managers to identify the people requirements of the various work streams that make up our transformation agenda. You will develop a project plan with key milestones to meet corporate and statutory deadlines. You will also ensure workforce information and guidance documents are available, and that processes are completed in line with corporate and work stream milestones.

If you have a keen eye for detail and experience delivering projects on time we would love to hear from you.

This post will consist of a 21 hour week to be worked over 3 days (work pattern negotiable)
