Salary: £18,297 - £18,597 (pro rata for part time and sessional 39 weeks)
Hours: 11 per week (Mondays - Thursdays, 10:00 - 11:00 & 12:00 – 13:30; Fridays 10:00 – 11:00)

Fixed Term Contract until 25/06/2021

Cramond Primary is a non-denominational school built in 1975. The school serves the village of Cramond and the surrounding areas of northwest Edinburgh. We are part of the Royal High School cluster and work closely with the other associated primaries of Blackhall, Clermiston and Davidson’s Mains. The school roll is over 400 pupils. We have a custom-built nursery on site with places for 50 pupils. Our school building was extensively upgraded and extended in 1999 and then again in 2006.

Recently, a new large open plan classroom been built which is currently is being used for P7 and allows for creative, collaborative and forward thinking teaching and learning opportunities. There are 16 classes and a large nursery classroom. Other facilities include a new sports hall, a nurture room and a support for learning base.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.  For roles in grade 5 or above, annual increments in our contribution zones are dependent on achieving agreed performance goals.
