Salary: £25,623 - £30,563
Hours: 36 per week

As a Systems, Quality and Performance Officer you will be a key member of the team responsible for analysing, modifying, enhancing or adapting new and existing systems, and reporting tools, integrating new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving service efficiency and productivity.

Highly skilled in Excel, with evidence of reports and modelling developed, maintained and presented. Excellent power point skills, with ability to present complex data in a compelling way. Able to spot efficiency opportunities and be passionate about performance. Experience in influencing key decision makers as well as communicating, and engaging, effectively across all levels of an operational service.

This advert is for two positions. One is permanent role and the other is a two-year temporary role/secondment opportunity. Please state in your application which post you are interested in applying for. If no preference is provided you will be considered for both positions.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.  For roles in grade 5 or above, annual increments in our contribution zones are dependent on achieving agreed performance goals.
