The Assistant Learning and Development Advisor will provide a key function in supporting the physical and mental wellbeing, and upskilling, of all Council staff, in addition to providing advice, support, and guidance on all aspects of Organisational and Employee development.
The post holder will also provide a professional, effective service, ensuring that delivery and administration of learning interventions are consistent, pro-active to the needs of our internal customer, and reflective of the Council’s HR Service Strategy.
