Job Description

Principal Purpose: To provide admin and enabling support for the Energy and Sustainability team to allow them to carry out duties associated with Scottish Government Funded Energy Efficiency Strategies – Area Based Schemes

What is my job's contribution to Clackmannanshire Council?

To assist in the tackling of multi-dimensional poverty brought about by the COVID 19 pandemic

To help ensure sustainable environmental management in its operations to improve the protection and wellbeing of vulnerable persons in the community with a particular focus on (but not limited to) fuel poverty and energy efficiency. The job’s purpose will be to help tackle multidimensional poverty created by the pandemic.

The job/s will provide essential admin and enabling support to assist the Home Energy Advice Team to provide support for the vulnerable in the community during this emergency situation and will provide key data to help develop the emergency strategy for now and for the future The posts will also provide information which will be necessary for submitting Scottish Government funding bids.
