Architectural Service Manager

Are you an experienced individual working within the field of architectural services with a track record of delivering successful projects? Are you motivated, innovative and able to lead and manage to deliver the Council’s goals?

This is an exciting opportunity in a dynamic and modern City where many new developments lie ahead, with some forming part of the £300M Tay Cities Deal as well as the Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc and Eden Project Dundee.

As a key member of the Design and Property Division you will contribute to corporate decision making and the formulation and delivery of the Council’s corporate strategy and change programmes. You will provide leadership for a high quality, flexible and responsive service to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You will have a wide range of relevant experience and excellent communication and report writing skills. You will also have excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others whilst ensuring objectives and priorities are met.

This role includes the flexibility of hybrid working between home and Dundee House as well as generous remuneration and benefits.
