You will have a National 4 English or equivalent qualification.Responsibilities
You will contribute to the reduction of low level crime, antisocial behaviour and fear of crime in Dundee; this will include providing a high visibility reassuring presence on the street, school talks and inputs to sheltered housing and other areas of vulnerability. You may be required to attend work out with normal duty hours to assist in civil emergency situations.The Individual
You will have an awareness of community safety issues and the ability to deal with challenging behaviour and situations. Good written and oral communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are also essential.
You are also required to be open minded, fair, non-judgemental and honest. You must be fit enough to undertake street patrols.
