Job Description
Assist with the provision of professional Building Standards activities supporting the Team Leader in the day-to-day co-ordination, assessment, inspection and management of all Building Standards verification, enforcement and licensing work ensuring the effective performance management of case work in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within Governance Services Service Plan and the Community Plan

The Individual
This is a full time temporary graduate post with an admin base of The Opera House, John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock. The hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 4pm Friday.
The full time salary of this post is between £33,124 - £35,927 per annum.
This is a temporary post up until 16th December 2025.
The workstyle of this post is: Flexible - 50-79% of time is office based. Able to work at different/ multiple work locations. Occasionally works at home, or another location 1-2 days per week, or directly home to external appointments.
