Job Description

Contribute to the management and delivery of Organisational Development (OD) operations, procedures and processes and provide specialist OD Business Partner support that contributes to a consistent and high quality service provision to East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership, in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the People & Culture Service Plan, the Health & Social Care Partnership Strategic Plan and the Community Plan.

If so, then we’d love to hear from you. An opportunity has arisen for a full time permanent post within East Ayrshire Council’s OD Team. Working primarily within the Health and Social Care Partnership, you’ll lead the OD work to support the development of multi-disciplinary teams and shape the OD support for key areas such as The Promise and our Trauma Informed approach. You’ll also have close connections to the Council wide OD Team, and be involved in supporting our Coaching and Mentoring Framework and delivering our internal Leadership Development programmes.

This is a full time permanent position. The admin base for this post is The Opera House, John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock.

The hours of work are 35 per week.

The workstyle for this post is ‘Mobile’ - 20-49% of time is office based. Able to work at home, or another location, or travel directly from home to other locations and client visits out in the field.

The salary is £34,999 - £38,256 per annum
