Job Purpose

Provide strategic management and co-ordination of the Ayrshire Growth Deal Programme Management Office for the delivery of the Deal, ensuring compliance with Government requirements, effective reporting to the Joint Committee and Regional Partnership, achieving best value and delivering an efficient, sustainable, safe and customer focussed service for all 3 Ayrshire Councils.

Additional Information

This is a permanent full time post.  The admin base is Council Headquarters, London Road, Kilmarnock although the successful candidate will be working with all 3 Councils, North, South & East Ayrshire.

Normal office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 4pm Friday.

Annual Salary £63,864 - £69,560

The workstyle for this post is ‘Mobile’ - 20-49% of time is office based. Able to work at home, or another location, or travel directly from home to other locations and client visits out in the field.

If your application is successful at the longleet stage, you will be required to attend an Assessment Centre on Wednesday 5 July 2023.  Please note that we are unable to change this date.  Candidates who are successful in the assessment process will be invited to the final interview on Friday 4 August 2023.
