Postholder must have experience taking minutes at multidisciplinary/complex meetings. The main purpose of this role will be to support the team in arranging; taking minutes and distributing to the appropriate people/group. The postholder will also be required to support operational Social Work processes using client systems and general administration tasks within the wider team; eg database entry and stats reporting, recruitment administration and fielding/signposting enquiries into the department.
To provide advanced administrative support within Planning & Performance to ensure effective provision and delivery of service.

Educated to ‘Higher’ level, NC or SVQ level 2 in English and/or able to demonstrate
equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience.
