Part-time permanent post

Tuesday (08.00-15.30), Thursday (08.00-16.30), Friday (08.30-12.00)

Job Details

To work towards the provision of a high quality care and education service, which meets the needs of vulnerable children aged 6 weeks – 5 years, in partnership with parents, carers and other professionals.

Job Requirements

Relevant Qualifications
Educated to NNEB, HNC in Childcare and Education or SVQ3 in Childcare and Education.

This post is considered as Regulated Work with vulnerable children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.

All preferred candidates for posts carrying out regulated work with these groups are required to become a PVG Scheme member, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if they are already a member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made by East Lothian Council.
