An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Customer Experience Team.
We are looking for highly-driven, enthusiastic and well-organised Business System Development Officer to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team. Working closely with colleagues across the council including our Project Management Office, Service Operations and ICT you will develop end-to-end customer processes using our Digital Platform.
We are keen to attract candidates from all industries who may have relevant transferrable skills in areas such as system development, user experience, business process design and digital delivery.
Our Digital Platform combines Content Management and Customer Relationship Management systems and these are an integral part of the council’s forward-thinking and ambitious approach to engage with our residents. Significant milestones have already been achieved and in the coming years there will be more exciting projects in the pipeline.
You will have good experience of end to end processes development, integrating and improving digital services. You should be a highly organised; outcome focused individual with good negotiating and influencing skills. You will be confident in challenging existing practice and developing new, innovative approaches as part of a proactive team in a dynamic change environment.
Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles will typically work from home for up to 40-60% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
