This is an exciting time to join the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership as part of our new and forward thinking leadership team. We are totally committed to strengthening practice to ensure positive and improved outcomes for all our service users, their carers and our communities.
We are now looking to appoint an experienced registered Social Worker/ Manager to the role of Locality Manager (East), where you will lead the development of locality planning to improve health and wellbeing outcomes; working in partnership with our communities and local providers to deliver integrated Health and Social Care services.
This role will also include responsibility to coordinate some functions over the wider Falkirk and Forth Valley area.
As an experienced, enthusiastic and inspirational leader with strong management experience in a complex organisation, you will support the Head of Integration
to manage and develop the integrated health and social care service by providing leadership, vision and direction in the delivery of the functional areas of responsibility. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to strengthening partnership working and the Social Work role within that context.
In return, we offer a commitment to your on-going professional development, regular supervision and a highly supportive environment; where despite significant budget pressures, the senior leadership team is committed to overall quality improvement.
Just a 30 minute drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow, Falkirk is ideally situated in the very heart of Scotland. The Falkirk area has been transformed over the past decade and is one of the fastest growing areas in Scotland. We are continuing on this journey of change to deliver joined up services with our citizens and communities. We offer flexible benefits and working arrangements, along with a culture which is committed to learning, improving and growing.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
If this challenge is something you can deliver on, we’d be interested to hear from you.
