We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for great customer service to join our team at the 5 star rated Helix Visitor Centre next to The Kelpies. As a customer service assistant, you will be the face of our business and will help provide a 5 star visitor experience for all visitors to The Helix.  We are looking for individuals with catering experience who display a positive attitude, are passionate, organised and can successfully work as part of a team.  A strong willingness to learn is also critical.

As employee of Falkirk Council you would be entitled to the following:
