An exciting opportunity has arising within Falkirk Councils Housing Needs Service for a Housing Needs Assessment Officer. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team offering advice, support, and assistance for those who are in housing need or threatened with homeless.
You will focus on the prevention and alleviation of homelessness by assessing customers housing and support needs to ensure that appropriate support is identified whilst implementing the Council legal duties to provide homeless services.
You will be able to work as part a team, prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.
