As a CIPD qualified Learning and Development practitioner, you’ll work closely with our Corporate Management Team and Elected Members, providing a specialist Organisational Development consultancy, focusing on our Collaborative Leadership Development Action plan.
With coaching and presentation skills, you’ll work with the HR Manager and Senior OD Adviser to lead on our Collaborative Leadership Action Plan and Culture Change Programme to achieve the related changes outlined in the Best Value Audit. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, develop and support new initiatives such as the Employee Engagement Strategy and Rising Stars programme, along with leading on the changes required to promote positive collaborative working across the organisation.
The post is funded temporarily for a period of 1 year to support the collaborative leadership development action plan.
This is a hybrid working role.
