Fife Council, in partnership with PATH (Scotland), is offering a twenty four-month Positive Action Training Scheme*, which has been specifically designed to redress the under-representation of black and minority ethnic communities in employment in Scottish Housing.
A traineeship gives you the opportunity to gain a professional qualification while learning both on and off-the-job, which means trainees learn the right mix of skills, abilities and knowledge.
The post-holder will become professionally skilled and competent as a lead professional providing a comprehensive range of strategic, policy and landlord services. They will also attain a post-graduate diploma in Housing, supplemented with professional certification from Chartered Institute of Housing (Scotland).

Applicants should be:
- Currently living in Fife.
- Willing to undertake a demanding training and study programme over twenty-four months – 4 days’ work experience (between Monday and Friday) inclusive of 1 day’s attendance at university during the academic year.
