We are seeking a highly-skilled Principal Teacher who is passionate about improving life chances for all learners, with a particular emphasis on supporting children and young people with Additional Support Needs (ASN). The ideal candidate will have significant experience within ASN and demonstrate a professional commitment to leading change and driving improvement to ensure inclusive, positive outcomes for every learner. This post will focus on predominately supporting the Neuroinclusive Support Team, therefore skills and experiences should reflect this area. As a Principal Teacher in Fife, you will play a vital role in supporting the senior leadership team by contributing to the strategic vision for the service, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders—including families, support services, and

external agencies—to implement and pursue inclusive policies, and contributing to the development of a self-improving, inclusive education system across the community.
