An opportunity has arisen for a Social Work Manager to join the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership. Reporting to the Head of we are looking for a dynamic, inventive, collaborative and Social Work Manager to join our team.

The Person

The successful candidate will be a highly experienced professional social worker who understands the value of empowering those around them, who can help ensure that the principles of quality, safety and compassion are embedded in culture and practice and who will champion the development of innovation and integrated teams as we build services embedded in our localities.

A professional Social Work Qualification and Registration is required and you will be educated to Masters level or equivalent experience. You will be a professional role model and demonstrate a proven track record in social work and complex change across diverse social work and social care services and evidence a commitment to the Integration of Health and Social Care.
