Job Description

This is a key role, which is integral in supporting the delivery of City Property’s Strategic Business Plan. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team and actively contribute to the development of strategic plans that meet the objectives and wider strategy of City Property, delivering a high performance and cost- effective service which provides value for money to internal and external stakeholders.

The Communications Officer will design and develop innovative and integrated internal and external communications strategies and provide support with communication and marketing campaigns across all areas of the business, supporting high profile projects and initiatives. These will be aligned with the strategic policies and priorities of the City Property Group of LLPs and our major stakeholders.

This will include engaging with external web designers and managing the websites on behalf of the LLP.  The Officer will also engage with the Investment Team to ensure that the engagement with tenants is underpinned by an annual tenant survey.

The Officer will be expected to provide support in handling high-profile and sensitive media and stakeholder issues and develop good working relationships with key partners.

This position requires a Standard Disclosure. Please note the LLP will cover the cost of the Disclosure.
