Job Description
Role – Resource Manager (Business Admin)
Location – GCHSCP, Commonwealth House, 32 Albion Street, Glasgow, G1 1LH
Contract Status – 1 x Permanent & 1 x Temporary (up to 2 years)

An exciting permanent role has arisen within our Health and Social Care Connect Service. This service is the first point of contact for social care services within Glasgow and spans across Adults, Older People, Occupational Therapy, Children & Families and Homelessness.
We also have a great temporary opportunity within Business Development. This role supports a wide range of city wide services including Welfare Rights, Commissioning and Public Protection.
Applicants must have relevant people management and administrative experience.
You are required to have good communication and organisational skills, experience of managing resources, processes and data performance requirements. Good literacy/numeracy/IT skills which include a working knowledge all Microsoft Office packages and any relevant contact centre systems.
Applicants must be able to plan, organise and complete allocated work within specific deadlines. Candidates will also be expected to lead a team and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service.
We are looking for someone who strives to develop strong positive relationships with people, someone who is focused on the welfare of others and performs well in a team.
We are looking for applicants who display a positive attitude and values base with the ability to deliver excellent customer care in a professional and polite manner while providing a high quality service to our customers.

These roles are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).
