We are recruiting a Glasgow Life Attendant, to join our 3,000 strong team of dedicated staff and volunteers. You will be responsible for opening and securing the venue, operating the building's alarm system, cooperating with different departments and building users and assisting the venue management team with the day to day operation of a busy music and events venue.
To be successful in this role you have the following skills and experience:
• Numeracy and Literacy (SVQ 1 or 2 or equivalent is desirable)
• Computer literacy (knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is desirable)
• Customer Service Experience
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to work and cooperate with others
• Good communication skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision (experience of being a key holder is desirable)
• Knowledge of basic health and safety is desirable
