We invite applications for opportunities within Glasgow City Council's Customer Contact Centre (CCC). The hours of work are 35 hours per week.working a flexible shift rotation 5 over 7 days between 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Sunday. The CCC handles a large volume of incoming telephone enquiries for Glasgow City Council and the Glasgow family. As a Customer Service Agent you will responsible for logging telephone enquiries, responding to escalations and providing excellent customer service.
A flexible and adaptable approach is required. The successful candidates will have an excellent telephone manner, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deliver an exceptional and professional service to customers. You should also be able to work under pressure and be committed to providing excellent customer service.
